NUTRITIONAL FACTS & COMMENTS
Tofu is a good substitute for butter.
A 7oz peace of tofu contains about 6-7g of fat. In addition to that the tofu brownie contains fat from the egg yolk and the dark chocolate. To cut down more on fat, use more cocoa powder and reduce the amount of dark chocolate you use. It will make your tofu brownie taste very light, it won’t taste too sweet and rather mature because of the coco powder.
