    Ingredients

    For Dressing

    3/4 tbsp. soy sauce

    1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

    1 tbsp. olive oil

    For Garnish

    1-2 tbsp. non-fat cottage cheese

    1 tbsp. roasted walnut or almonds

    Cooking

    Mix arugula and dressing. Transfer to a plate and garnish.
